I've compiled some material for the poll, let me know if there are any other venues. Tomorrow, I am moving into a new condo, but will publish the poll and accompanying menu presentation next week.

Julia, thanks so much for compiling this information! The beach house you posted looks nice. I will speak once again from a strong personal bias when I toss this into the mix:

Radisson Hotel in Cape Canaveral, Florida

Benefits:

Very close to beach though not on the beach
Shuttle bus to Orlando International Airport available -- less than one hour from airport -- typical cost is about $25 per person
Next to Port Canaveral, home of some of the world's largest cruise ships and featuring free half-day cruises on gambling ships
Rooms reasonably priced for those willing to share
Convention center meeting rooms available
Area attractions include Kennedy Space Center, Sea World, Historic Cocoa Village, Disney World, Universal Studios

Detriments:

May is peak season so need to plan for June 1-30 for conference
