Fair enough. We are all free to take a positivist and/or a legalistic approach to issues whenever we want to. I thought that the freedom you spoke of was related to how Jennifer would be received by SOLO's owners, who have stated that they do not want her back, but it seems that you are speaking in terms of freedom defined as lack of a specific, verifiable intent on the part of the owners to ban Jennifer.You are right - there is no evidence of such an intent, and most likely, it doesn't exist. Given some earlier comments, it is fair to speculate that her account is under moderation, but that is not a ban.
