Thanks for all the compliments and kind words. Tina is 15 has always loved to draw, shows tremendous talent and works hard at it. This drawing started out as just another manga doodle and turned into something really awesome. I love it.

I'm very proud of Tina and want to encourage her. She just started school again and her health textbook has sparked an interest in a career in medical illustration. I just bought her a wonderfully illustrated book on anatomy and she is fascinated and excitedly plugging away. I know that whatever direction she takes, she will be very successful and will always make us proud.

Katdaddy, your daughter does good work. I think your daughter's Droidette looks like something one would see in a book by Jules Verne or H.G. Wells. The dress is beautifully detailed, and her hair (including the cables binding it; are they Ethernet or just power cables?) is delightful. The girl's jaw seems a little full, though, a little too masculine in relation to her pert nose.
