Num Galleries: 0 | Description Tom G. Palmer is a Senior Fellow at the Cato Institute in Washington, D.C. He received his B.A. in liberal arts from St. John's College in Annapolis, Maryland, his M.A. in philosophy from The Catholic University of America, and his Ph.D. in politics from Oxford University. He maintains a web site at www.tomgpalmer.com. He read Henry Hazlitt, Frederic Bastiat, Ludwig von Mises, F. A. Hayek, and Ayn Rand as a teenager. His life has not been the same since. He is a trustee of the Foundation for Economic Education, an advisor to many international organizations, a board member of the Iraqi Institute for Law, Liberty, and Prosperity, and a regular lecturer for the Institute for Humane Studies, the Institute for Economic Studies, and other organizations. He has written for popular and scholarly journals on political theory, property rights, constitutional history, globalization and cultural identity, and other topics. |
