This is another article, he warns: "If we and the rest of the backboned animals were to disappear overnight, the rest of the world would get on pretty well."
I realize that the above quotes about the state of the planet and humans may have been twisted somewhat by the media, because I always thought Attenborough was quite a rational individual.
There is nothing wrong with him finding evidence for climate change, it's just the associated unsupported claims that usually come with it I have a problem with.
But anyway, since Attenborough has not yet tried to change this perception of himself as a Global Warming eco-crusader, he must approve of it.
