| | Again, in the Miliken matter, Giuliani was an employee of the Reagan administration and under the orders of Ed Meese. It would certainly be a relevant matter to ask Giuliani his opinion of the law and that particular prosecution, but the mere fact that Giuliani won the case is not a mark against him, unless one thinks he should have resigned in protest. In order to make that argument, one would have to show that the good Giliani believed he did in the rest of his tenure was outweighed by the injustice of that case.
I would think that interviewing Giuliani would be a great coup for The New Individualist.
