Kat-
I'm telling Michael!  We men do have to keep tabs on, and report what kind of jokes you ladies are laughing at.

Winter classes for adults? I'm starting the lessons with my son already! Just to get him a head start, you know.

I know the answer to that one; stop your wife from moving something from its proper place, i.e, the place where you last left it.  What is it with this incessant hiding of things that you women do?

Mine too!  Geesh.  How did Rosanne Barr say it?: "The uterus is NOT a location device! Find your own damn bag of potato chips!"

... Remembering Birthdays, Anniversaries and Other Important Dates ...

Obviously they need to apply the material in my article on Microsoft Outlook.

Program those dates into Outlook with a one week alarm notice!

Jody,

Don't worry about Kat. Let her chuckle. If a woman gets too far out of line, just slap her around a bit. Works every time. Try it, you'll like it...

Jody, following MSK's advice and soon you won't have anybody to slap around.

Talking about kitchen, Michael SK, somebody there I know might appreciate an apology.

On the other hand, I am proud to announce that my dear husband is indeed a rare jewel: he is exempt from all the classes and is actually taking the helm (or rein or whatever) in educating our son and...Oh, no, I hope he will not sign me up for any of the classes!!!

I have no idea of who that is. But whoever it is, if my banter offended someone, then "someone," please accept my apology. I am certain that I never intended to offend you.

Now, will you please pipe down and scoot?

Just to clarify.... I don't want an apology and I certainly was not offended by  Michael's comments.  I know when he is joking.  I enjoy Michael's sense of humor immensely, and it is one of the things that made me fall in love with him. Maybe it looks offensive when he says stuff like "git to the kitchen" or "slap that woman around," but if you knew how he actually is in real life, you would see how ridiculously silly these words are coming from him.  Maybe it doesn't come through in posts, but he not a sexist jerk, far from it.  Nor is he a wienie.  He is a good, strong, genuinely kind hearted man who treats me and my children with a great deal of love, kindness and respect. I am very fortunate to have him "slapping me around in the kitchen."   I like it a lot.  purrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I love you, Michael.

Kat
