The people who have counted the votes and certified the results have done a much better job of upholding objectivity and upholding right over wrong than Trump and his sheep. 

Trump has managed to stay out of jail so far, but reality still has a chance to catch up with him. 

How is all this holding up in court?

So maybe Trump will establish a dictatorship.  That could be horribly destabilizing.

That's a very big if.  

Using martial law and military trials when normal law enforcement and courts are still functioning is a sign of dictatorship.  Rushed trials and rushed executions are a sign of dictatorship.

If there are legitimate grounds for accusations of criminal conduct, why not use normal law enforcement and civilian courts?

Enemy combatants would be people using guns and bombs against us on a military scale.

I will consistently cast my voice, my dollars, and my ballots in favor of rational nationalism.

Not Objectivist but comes close to what I have in mind:

Rational Nationalism: The bipartisan antidote to globalism's failures

Rational Nationalism is a recognition that we need to focus upon our country’s prosperity because we already have, right now, the tools to achieve that end without asking permission from other countries. It respects the rights and aspirations of other countries while enabling international cooperation, but does not pretend to combine with them, incrementally or otherwise. It is the best political/cultural combination devised thus far.

For trade purposes, Rational Nationalism would help refocus us upon the US national interest of improving the lives of workers and businesses here. It would empower us to create a national strategy to win the global competition for jobs and industries.  It would not tolerate incrementally entering a global common market that simply won’t, and can’t, provide the prosperity we can otherwise achieve.

I would add assuring that supply chains for goods and services critical to the Republic in times of war and crisis remain fully domestic.

Doug, it depends on what you have read and accepted or rejected about wealthy and connected people who nefariously manipulate government for their own benefit -- authentic crony capitalists (neo-feudalists) in the flesh.

• Have you read The Creature from Jekyll Island by G. Edward Griffin?  Wealthy bankers colluded to arrange a scheme to print money from thin air and lend it to the government at interest via the creation of the Federal Reserve System.  Once they have that power, they will do whatever they can to ensure they retain and grow it, and they will have the money to do so.
• What do you know about Operation Paperclip?  The United States recruited Nazi scientists after WWII to work in the new CIA.  Did you really think these Nazis would forego their racist, national socialist ideologies and employ their newfound clandestine CIA power honorably?
• What about President Eisenhower's public warning about the military-industrial complex (MIC)?  Do you really think these people would remain completely honorable, or would they indulge their quest for more and still more wealth via manipulation of the government through lobbying, bribery, and fraud?
• The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has formed an unholy fusion of state and corporation that can serve as a template globally for one-world government with them in charge.  They play a long game of fourth generation warfare via information control of mass media, bribery, blackmail, and other subterfuge to undermine rational nationalism in the USA.  At the moment, six corporations control 90% of all media, making collusion into a single narrative easy.  The Chinese know how to influence these corporations and their governments for their own benefit to our detriment.

I am seeing way too much evidence of election fraud, manipulation, collusion, and conspiracy to ignore.

For now, I will call my form of rational nationalism "the primacy of the Republic over the Corporation."  The Republic is tasked with protecting individual rights to person and property.  Actions which undermine the Republic's ability to execute this sacred duty to its citizens threaten the life of everyone and consequently deserve discouragement or illegality via public policy.  Actions which enhance it deserve support.  Right now, the Republic has become so hollowed by generations of detrimental policy as to threaten all Americans and ultimately all of humanity.

Rights may be natural, but without a Republic to protect those rights against all enemies foreign and domestic, for all practical purposes, you have no rights.

1. Concerns about voter fraud have a valid, concrete, evidential basis and are not paranoia, e.g. "Arizona Injected Votes Faster Than Scanners Can Process Ballots."
2. Foreign interference in domestic elections revealed by this evidence exemplify the ongoing need to put one's own nation first in public policy always.
3. Out of Shadows shows concretely how the Nazis and other bad actors infiltrated American institutions to create a false narrative to brainwash the population -- "infiltration instead of invasion" (JFK).
