| | I've ever faith that the edifice is possible. I can't think of a living architect with the ambition (or the discourtesy, possibly) of taking the project and realising it. Wow, what a structure! I'd be excited to see a lot of the FLW unbuilts finally resurrected and erected. There's vaults of his work in Spring Green and at Taliesin, all of them beautiful. I like looking at the drawings of his dreams more than the photos of some of the houses that are built by his design. They seem so compromised in person, while a sketch leaves nothing but the building as focus. No neighbors to average the integrity of the building. It's a case of "this is it, what I had in mind." It's pure on paper.
