Objectivism

imbaugh, Rush
Though far from a perfect paragon of Objectivism, for a long time he was one of the stronger voices of reason in conservative talk radio and TV.

He expressed bewilderment at being considered racist and sexist for opposing affirmative action. He Lists the "Fountainhead" and "Atlas Shrugged" on his site's recommended reading. He has also directly referenced "Atlas Shrugged" on the air more than once (one time, to my understanding is the only time someone recommended that "Atlas should shrug") .

This tempered with the fact that his religious influence in his politics is far lesser than many of his contemporaries qualifies the man for further attention.
