Why do you think muslims are not speaking out more about the excesses of the Islamists? Are they afraid of reprisals from muslims here in America and elsewhere? Why don't muslims, such as yourself, organize marches on Iranian and Saudi Arabian embassies and consulates? Why aren't muslim women doing more to support women like the Somalian woman in Holland a few years ago who spoke out against the treatment of women who practice Islam?

I am a 67-year-old African American male who participated in the demonstrations against racism in this country. I want to tell you, when you get to the point where you are willing to die for freedom, people who oppress will take heed. Things will change.

Earl, as someone who has come to believe in necessary progress, I agree with you about the kinds of reactions folks will have to folks who are willing to die, if needed, for their freedom.
