Because Islam is inextricably linked to an extremely evil man, it is irredeemably evil and an abomination. Despite that, in presumption of their overall innocence, Muslim members and guests will receive the same rights and privileges in this facility as non-members, and are equally required to respect those of others.
BTW, "madina[tun]" is also a generic Arabic word for "town"; it's a little cartoonish to have a Town town (well, not counting language changes that produced such amusing names as River Don or Dunlaw Hill).
