Lots of stuff stinks in Maryland, mainly their leftist policies.So if the vultures were perched on the State House I'd say they were smelling the dead, failed policies of the past that putrefy in Annapolis. But Columbia, Maryland is a fairly clean, affluent neighborhood. Where else would you find liberals who would mouth such nonsense about vulture rights.
