First of all, they're on freakin camera!!! The prupose of a trial is to determine guilt or innocense, not to mess around when you already know the truth. This is a war people! You think soldiers wait around for a jury of their peers to decide whether or not for them to shoot? What the hell do you think those terrorists view themselves as?
Back in WWII, when the allies found enemy soldiers in allied uniforms or CIVILIAN clothes, they dragged them out and shot them in the street. If you think these people are just run of the mill criminals, then yeah you're right. But they see themselves as soldiers in a war against us and they should be treated as such. In fact the only reason they shouldn't be shot now is its obvious they wern't working alone, hence the rubber hoses.
P.S. Matthew, what is this we stuff? If its called for, then of course I'm for it.
