| | hi. i never watched the show when it was on t.v., but i bought the dvd set because my friends said the show was great.
was it ever! i think it was the best show i've ever seen. to look at all the garbage on t.v., and think that firefly was cancelled, is just infuriating.
i have pretty much stopped watching t.v. altogether, though wether this is in protest to the rubbish, or because i get free rentals for working at a video store that i watch instead (almost certainly the latter), i can't say (except that i just did).
in short, firefly rocks, and fox is lame as hell for cancelling it. you may say it's partly my fault for not watching it when it was on, but i didn't really have much t.v. access at the time, and i certainly didn't have a nielsen box, so it's not my fault!
(and i'm rarely swayed by t.v. ads... but once in a while...)
