Peter, I really don't know if ground human fetus is/not a part of rural/traditional Korean culture in isolated areas I'll look it up on the HRAF. Ritual cannibalism of deceased relatives still exists in parts of New Guinea, as many 'shock tourists can attest. So everyone has bizarre customs.
