| | It turns out that as many as 80% of the new enrollees in ObamaCare in some states are being enrolled in Medicaid, and that is funded in part by state revenues. The two effects of this are that states are now facing massive unfunded liabilities that will bankrupt many of them, and that even if we are able to get repeal ObamaCare, we are unlikely to be able to roll back this massive new entitlement expansion of Medicaid.
