| | Mr. Justin Matthew Busco,
I prefer not to argue with people haven't accepted that its possible to learn things. You'll first have to teach him that reality is concrete and completely lacks contradictions, that he exists and senses part of reality, that he can gain information about reality through that by induction and deduction.
But even then, it probably still won't help. He said he wanted to kill Ayn Rand. Do you know what Ayn Rand did?
Ayn Rand is one of the greatest humans I've ever come to know. Her greatest achievement was to prove that reality is knowable, we are capable of learning how it works and what it is, that our own lives are ends in themselves, that no one else has a claim on our lives, that productivity is one of the highest virtues, that slavery is horrible, that being a slave driver is the most horrible, that we should have control over what we create so that we can use it to promote the lives of those whom we love (Very much including our own) and that its a monstrosity for others to take it from you... she was revolutionary in the greatest sense. She began the war to free men's minds: read men's lives: read free men. She was the greatest proponent of individual freedom that has ever existed, hands down.
Now, what does it say about this man, who wishes he could have killed her? He wishes she wouldn't have done that? Either he doesn't understand it, and he's angry about it, or he does understand it, and he is in essence, in concrete, one of the most horrible human beings that ever came into existence. Hopefully he will will either change, or never gain as much power as Adolph Hitler, Joseph Stalin, Saddam Hussein...
I hope the best for you. Dean Michael Gores
