The American people gave the President a mandate to fight this war vigorously. Where should we go from here?
Given that victory, do we now turn our attention away from the specter of Kerry and put pressure on Bush to take of the kid gloves? Now that criticism of Bush won’t be exploited by the Kerry partisans, can we exert positive pressure to deal with the enemy vigorously without apology or appeasement? During the campaign Bush felt pressure from the appeasement-Left, shall we not expert pressure from Bush’s right flank?
Are there any suggestions on a rational policy for supporting while encouraging our President to do more?
