For those who want to start and run a campus club and like ARI material, I composed a spreadsheet on this. No one here who has seen Linz rib me about my hyper-analytical personality should feel surprised that I composed a spreadsheet. However, you might feel disappointment that I did not assemble a flowchart to complement it.
Notice that this Excel workbook has two tabs -- one for speakers and one for costs.
This spreadsheet had its origins back in 2003 when I still had help from ARI for a campus club at the University of Central Florida. I had this grandiose plan to bring an ARI speaker every month based on a different theme, blah, blah, blah. Between the lack of student support and ARI's annoyance at our club being listed on the site of TOC, ARI dropped us altogether.
So I replaced the live speakers with video tapes in the matrix.
The campus club in question also had a newspaper dispenser in front of the Student Union to dispense free copies of The New Intellectual during 2002-2003, a student Objectivist newspaper that has since dissolved. You can get an idea of costs for your own such dispenser at
This dispenser is model SS-6 from http://www.shorack.com though if we did things again we would have used the more common SS-5 model instead. It would have fit into the row of other dispensers more smoothly.

I'm more disappointed that I can't open the spreadsheet easily. Perhaps it has to do with my being on a mac rathe than a pc now. I think flat ascii files --plain text-- with no embedded characters or columns or different document types are the way to go in posting and sending things.... that's why pdf was invented (although I dislike it and prefer simple plaintext...) Platform and software independence is the way to go...

I could set them up as comma separated values (CSV) files, Phil, but then every formula would vanish -- not very useful if the numbers change. Perhaps someone here can help you by converting the files to a format friendly to your Mac.
