I don't have this Pretenders CD, but I do have Pretenders--The Singles which has many of the same songs.  I can't comment on the additional songs, but I can take or leave the rest of the songs that overlap-- except for one.
I think "Brass in Pocket" is wonderful and one of my top ten favorite rock songs of all time.  It is worth buying the CD that Bob recommends, just for that one song.  Of course you could pay to download it individually.

I'm an old metalhead, but in my dotage I find myself returning to the stuff I passed over in my youth as "not heavy enough," like The Pretenders. "Brass in Pocket" is a great song--I still vividly remember the MTV video, featuring Chrissie Hynde in a waitress uniform. Just thinking about it, I've managed to get the song to go through my head. Can't avoid buying the album now....
