Your posts on this forum are generally so thoughtful and entertaining to read that I literally jumped up out of my chair when I saw that you had a book available on Amazon. I've just finished downloading it to the Kindle Reader on my phone. I'm looking forward to the read with great anticipation.

I just finished the novel and posted my review on Amazon. To say I enjoyed the novel is an understatement. Obviously, it was hard for me to put down as you can see by the short interval between this and my last post in this thread.

I sincerely hope that you are nearly done with the one about the businessman in Bangladesh. I'm looking forward to it with great anticipation.

Thank you so much for reading and reviewing the story. I'm glad you found some enjoyment in it. It was fun to write, like self-therapy.

I'm working on two projects now. The Bangladesh story is another piece of fiction, but I'm also working on a non-fiction project that is far more bizarre than anything I could dream up. The non-fiction project, because it is tied to some actual ongoing events, won't be completed until fall 2015, by necessity. (I'm such an optimist; as if I know if I'll still be around in 2015! Which, if you think about it, was kind of one of the themes in the first story; we are always potentially a minute away from the rocks, even when we think we are surfing carefully. Risk is not repeal-able, just manageable, and every minute on this ride here is a gift from the universe.)

The Bangladesh story is in the early stages, maybe 20000 words worth so far. It is not really schedule driven, and clearly depends on how much time I devote to it.

Remember...I am doing this for fun! It is one way to enjoy what unknown minutes I might have left to me on my gift card.

regards,
Fred

That guy has been the only part of the 2012 Olympics that has held my interest.  Well that, and LMAO at certain RoR guys lusting after, er I mean, admiring, the female athletes.

Deanna:

We men are dogs. We eat, we sleep, and maybe one other thing, that's about it.

Also, Ed is a bad influence on me.

That is my story, and I'm stickin' to it.

Fred
