In my mind's eye, there was a diabolical end to this story wherein Johnny secretly accumulated the prescription drugs given him by the psychiatrist and ultimately used those chemical compounds to exact revenge on his parents -- but I felt it would distract from the point and make Johnny seem like the bad guy.

The moral of the story is that Johnny's parents -- e.g., people who manipulate others for their own, castle-in-the-sky, pipe-dream utopias -- are the bad guys.

Social Engineering is a social disease.

Your story is a day ending in 'y' in the Ivy Leagues; megalomaniac twits are forever dreaming up ways to coerce the tribe into eating their Broccoli.

Actual title of recent book:

Against Autonomy: In Defense of Coercive Paternalism

http://www.amazon.com/dp/1107024846

Sarah Conley. PU '75

I'm not kidding, and I've never been kidding; these places shovel these twits out by the wagonload. The last two Obama USSC justices were cookie cutter former Princeton radical feminists...like Michelle.

You can't throw a stick at either the USSC, Congress, or usually the WHite House without hitting the Ivy League. Is it really helpful for our institutions of government to be that inbred, and so overtly influenced by these tiny -- I mean tiny, like a large high school -- inbred little cluibs of exclusivity?

They were and are chokepoints of indoctrination, easily and readily over-run, and their instructed spawn have spilled over onto the faculties of many other institutions of government and education.

regards,
Fred
