Propaganda? I don't see it as that. It's a cute art piece in my opinion. It's not very substantial, but it does a great job of making people think, and it was well developed by the artist. I believe Rand once said that certain forms of surrealist art was good insomuch that it opened the imaginations of its viewers and the artist. And I concur with her assessment too.
