The Supreme Court Opinions of Clarence Thomas, 1991-2006: A Conservative's Perspective
from May 13, 2007

In his book "The Supreme Court Opinions of Clarence Thomas," Henry Mark Holzer sets out to defend the record and character of Clarence Thomas against what he terms unfair portrayals of him in the media. He analyzes many of Justice Thomas's nearly 350 Supreme Court opinions and concludes that Justice Thomas is a formidable intellectual deeply committed to the Constitution and its principles of federalism, separation of powers, limited judicial review, and regard for individual rights.

Holzer, one time lawyer of Ayn Rand, speaks of "decision by bromide" in his rather interesting May 11th appearance. He is highly laudatory towards Justice Thomas. One can read the reviews on Amazon here.
