The Center for Consumer Freedom (CCF) link is good to have. It's the anti-dote to the anti-industrial attitude of the Left. CCF isn't perfect though. Here's a wrong-headed quote from the site:

Twenty-five percent of trans fats in a normal diet come from natural sources.
The implication is that trans fats cannot be all THAT bad for you because they are found in a "normal" diet and from "natural" sources. Well, cyanide comes from natural sources, too. Just because we get a certain amount of these fats, doesn't mean we should quadruple our original intake (in order to get the "natural, normal" proportion down to 25% of the whole).
This quote rests on wrong reasoning.
