Improvements:
I did cardio before weights and got some improvements in my cardio numbers -- most notable: my 5-minute active-recovery heart rate dropped 12 bpm to just 6 bpm away from my goal. I lost gas and couldn't finish my upper body routine, but got some improvements in pulldowns and seated rows. I originally intended to do legs but pulled a hamstring during warm-ups on the front squat. Note to self: Slow your descent!
