This is yet another work by Mr. Antonov, painted with vivid realism, to the extent that these fruits represent the essence and the ideal of their kind, as proper art should strive to portray. The logical ornamentation, the masterful depiction of light and shadow, and the abundance of detail in this painting almost cause one to hunger for the fruits at the moment of observation.
